  • I applied or was in the process of applying for a deferment/forbearance/repayment plan with my previous servicer prior to the transfer. Do I need to reapply?

    If your previous servicer reviewed your application before your loan was transferred and you received notification of approval or denial, you do not need to reapply.

    If you did not receive confirmation from your previous servicer regarding the outcome of your application, please contact us to determine if additional information is required to complete the application process.
